The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We will be unable to exchange laundered or otherwise damage good ,as well as good missing all original packaging. Please place the unused,unwashed garments in the original packaging,along with all papers and tags and send it to us. In the case of an exchange, we do not cover the cost of Shipping ,both ways.
