RITU AJBANI
CO-FOUNDER – PETIT ROYAL
It is said that when your passion becomes your work, your work becomes your passion. Ritu Ajbani, a creator, innovator and a dynamic entrepreneur, is a firm believer in this principle. Petit Royal, a fashion house dedicated solely for kids, has been born out of Ritu’s love for fashion and kids and the dearth of multi-designer outlet for kids fashion wear. An entrepreneur at heart, Ritu immediately took cognizance of this massive opportunity in the fashion segment and co-founded Petit Royal, a growing brand in the space.
After graduating from Queen Mary School and finishing her junior college from HR College, Mumbai, Ritu moved to Birmingham for her under-graduation in Business Administration. After spending a year in Birmingham, she moved back to Mumbai to complete her course. Post the completion of her course in business administration, Ritu took up a Gemology course from GIA India (Graduate Gemologist GIA) and jewelry designing from Gautam Banerjee Institute. On successful completion of her formal education, Ritu started interning with Lalchand Jewellers in Mumbai and became adept at jewelry designing, prompting her to pursue her entrepreneurial debut by creating her own design brand Ritu Zaveri Fine Jewelry.
In her current avatar, Ritu predominantly takes care of curation & operations at Petit Royal, alongside her co-founder. Her vision is to become the largest multi designer fashion chain for kids and her zeal, dynamism and love for what she does, will make her achieve this ambitious vision.
