Our returns and exchange terms adhere solely to direct sales of our products only.

1. We do not provide refund. Instead, you will get an account credit for returns.

2. Returns procedure and conditions:

  • The customer needs to send an email notification within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Write to us at info@petitroyalkids.com. Alternatively, the customer may watsapp/message on our customer care number +919619463540 which remains open 7 hours on 6 days from 11am- 6 pm (Monday to Saturday) and we will get in touch as soon as we can.
  • All items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Customer must ensure returned goods are sent in original packaging. Note that tags need to be intact. Should there have been a delivery without tags, the customer should immediately inform the customer care department.
  • We do not accept any returns that have been in any way spoiled, stained or dirtied
  • Returns can be exchanged for replacement or store credit in lieu of refund.
  • Due to limited inventory, we cannot assure availability of all sizes at all times. Should this occur on your returning an item, you may use the amount for future purchases.
  • Customers must bear courier charges for returns.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • 3. Exchange of Goods:

  • Note that the mentioned conditions and requirements for returns are also applicable to the exchange of goods.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with product, they have the option to exchange the same and at our sole discretion to receive a refund.
  • 4. Additional terms for Returns and Exchange:

  • We do not bear responsibility for any damages during shipment.
  • Wherever applicable, belts and ancillary packaging, as well as objects such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
  • Products such as shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface, and special care taken to ensure they are not soiled.
  • 5. Faulty Goods: If goods are faulty (that is, damaged) the customer can exchange it or obtain refund. Exchanges will only be entertained for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We do try to repair faulty items wherever possible.

    6. Due to variations across screens and monitors, there could be slight differences in colours of our products on the site.

    7. Custom-made orders and early delivery orders are non-returnable.

    8. Swimwear and products related to hygiene cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    9. Alternations: Altered goods cannot avail of store credit or refund. Customer must bear courier charges.

    10. Bulk Orders: More than three products constitute bulk orders. In such case, Return/Refund will not be possible.

    11. Cancellation: We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders placed have already been processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
